Look here. Duck hunters? Is this what they are doing on the lake this late? Could they be dragging for fish? Treasure hunting? Hmmmmm!

As of this posting on December 19, the North Bay still has much open water, but many of Cobbossee's coves are indeed ice in. BE CAUTIOUS! Use your best judgement when approaching the ice. Stay off until you are positive the thickness warrents the weight. TEST! STAY SAFE!
