What an nice adventure it was to partake in the hospitality of the Staneks on Horseshoe Island! Hope you didn't miss the ferry to this one as it was a really good time! Note photos! We did have 3 boats available with the last ferry out leaving about 5:20, so hope you had a chance to catch a ride!Next week at Marston's-on-the-Mainland, it's back to arrival by car!

This is an "arrive by car" event as dockage is just not available. But do plan to arrive. This is a very historic cottage that was featured a number of years ago on the Kennebec Historical Society House Tour. What a great setting for our final cocktail party for Summer (but was there really one?) 2008. Make your plans now so time is available for you.
