This was a wonderful party in a really nice setting in the woods off the Pond Road in Manchester. And how about that tree house? Attendance was not the best we have had (a pleasant gathering of 20 plus), but it was a very busy day around the area and the weather was not the best either. Those of us who gathered with the Blouins were treated to some great company, food, and conversation. We are only sorry that Tucson (a beautiful dog you are)didn't make it into one of the photographs!
"The long and winding road." Sure sounds like a song to me! OK. But what about that orb? What say you, John and Cricket? Are these woods haunted?

Are we finding the nest in the vine? Two nests you say?
4th of July Weekend! Enjoy!
Do enjoy your 4th of July celebration on Friday whatever that may entail. Recognize the spirit of our Independence and the freedoms we enjoy in our country!
Have a great time Friday. Enjoy your BBQ, picnic, beach/boating day, the fireworks display where ever you may be, and then make plans to join members of the CYC at our next cocktail party at the home of John and Debbi Farrell in Monmouth, Saturday at 5 pm. Directions are on the Boat-in/Drive-in page (click here to get to the Events page). For this one, plan to arrive by boat if the weather is cooperative, or by car if you prefer. Just arrive! Another good time will be had by all, just like at the Blouin party and the previous week at the Kirkpatrick/Anderson party.
Happy 4th!!!
